One of the tasks of the working group "Public Relations" (AKÖ) is to promote the contacts and cooperation of the DAbG, for example with other non-profit organizations, companies and private individuals. The working group should also support and coordinate communication between members within the DAbG. Another important task of public relations work is to raise awareness of the DAbG and astrobiology in general. This is to be achieved, for example, through a lively online presence, with a focus on the website, Twitter and Facebook. The AKÖ also wants to increase the visibility of the DAbG through public lectures by DAbG members, for example in museums, at schools and at science days. We would be delighted if as many DAbG members as possible would participate in these central tasks of the DAbG and work with the AKÖ!
